Magyar Posta’s Quality Management System certified according to the ISO 9001 standard
The Quality Management System introduced by Magyar Posta based on the international standard ISO 9001 is certified by an external independent body. The foundations of our management system are set out in our Quality and Environmental Policy statement. In order to maintain and continuously improve the outstanding quality of service, the processes of letter, parcel and logistics services at the Company have been fully certified.
Magyar Posta’s Environmental Management System certified according to the ISO 14001 standard
The Environmental Management System introduced by Magyar Posta based on the international standard ISO 14001 is also certified by an external independent body. The purpose of the management system is to ensure that the organisation maintains and improves its environmental performance as far as possible. The policy statement faithfully reflects our senior management’s commitment to comply with the relevant statutory and other requirements, to keep harmful emissions to the minimum and to continuously improve the management system. Maintaining and further expanding the Environmental Management System is a priority task for the Company every year.
Magyar Posta’s Information Security Management System certified according to the ISO 27001 standard
Our Company attributes particular importance to the protection and processing of confidential data entrusted to us by our customers. The Information Security Management System introduced by Magyar Posta based on the international standard ISO 27001 has been certified for our operational units performing key activities in data processing and transmission.

MAGYAR POSTA’S ENERGY GOVERNANCE SYSTEM CERTIFIED ACCORDING TO THE ISO 50001 STANDARD
The energy governance system developed according to the ISO 50001 standard has been certified by an independent organization, SGS Hungária Kft., for the whole company. Its goal is to use energy resources more efficiently, to find and introduce new energy saving opportunities. By introducing the new system, Magyar Posta not only complies with EU and domestic regulations, but also contributes greatly to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and to sustainable development. The company management has put forth their stance in the Quality,- Environment,- and Energy policy statement, which also grants permission to continuously develop the system further.
