Adapting to customer requirements, the inscription “DOMESTIC” serves as a value marking, that is to say that the stamps can be used to send a standard letter or postcard within Hungary.
The stamp sheet contains playful graphic designs in different variations of a bunny, a lion, a giraffe, a pussy cat and a bear. The sheet, which contains 20 stamps with a label (worth HUF 70 each at the time of release), was made by Pénzjegynyomda by offset printing based on the design of graphic artist Mária Lipovszky-Drescher. The perforated size of the stamp is 36.25 x 25.2 mm, and that of the label is 18 x 25.2 mm. The imperforated size of the sheet is 297 x 210 mm. The label in itself may not be used to pay for postage.
